Alex and his mum have just fitted blinds for my Auntie, who is special needs. I had to prepare them for how she would act with having people in her home as, this is something she usually hates and it really stresses her out.
My Auntie coped well, she just asked the same questions over and over to Alex who very calmly answered in detail every time to her (she has short term memory loss).
Nothing was so much trouble, Alex even made the pull strings shorter so she doesn't get confused with wich ones to open/close them.
My Auntie is over the moon with them so a big Thankyou.
